Just enter the QUANTITY of the items you want and when finished click the CALCULATE tab at the bottom of the order form. The system will complete the computation and show the total cost of the order, including S/H.
Fill in the address information on the bottom section of the order form completely! Include all the information needed to successfully ship your order. Please be sure to include your email address and Area Code & phone number.
If you include your preprinted, crack & peel address label, it will help a great deal in speeding delivery.

Allow about 28-35 days for delivery after mailing your completed form and payment, depending on how far you are from Maryland. Print and Mail the FULLY completed form with payment in US dollars to Transcience.
